As we grow, we’ll welcome trusted local caregivers into the Collective — creating opportunities for sitters and nannies while connecting families with care they can truly trust.

All caregivers working with Play-Date Collective meet high standards for safety, experience, and education. Caregivers are:

Background-checked and vetted

In addition, caregivers hold a high level of education or professional experience in early childhood education or a closely related field.

Any new caregiver joining Play-Date Collective goes through a thoughtful onboarding process that includes:

We support families with children from infants through school age. Every booking is personalized to meet your child’s age, stage, and needs. Ages welcome at specific events are dependent on venue and logistics, so please see individual event listings for more information.

We have a three-hour minimum for bookings, with flexible hourly rates after that. Prices vary based on packages. For details, book a free consultation and we’ll walk you through the options.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for guaranteed availability, though we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

Children stay right at home, where they’re most comfortable. Parents head out to enjoy handpicked local experiences — from cozy dinners to creative outings — all curated by us.

We celebrate every child’s individuality. During your intake, we’ll ask about routines, preferences, and any special considerations so our sitters can provide thoughtful, personalized care.

Life happens! We just ask for 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Our full cancellation policy is shared at booking.
